1. Parties

These terms constitute an agreement between YASOLUTIONS MULTISERVICE LLC ("YaSolutions", "we") and the client requesting our services through yasolutions.us or any other means.

2. Services

YaSolutions provides exterior pressure washing, soft washing, and surface sealing services in the Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach, Florida area. The exact scope of work is defined in the quote agreed upon before starting the service.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Prices shown in the calculator are estimates. The final quote is provided after inspection of the work area. The price agreed upon in the quote is the final price — no additional charges without prior notice and client approval.

4. Deposit

For jobs valued at $300 or more, a 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels with less than 24 hours notice.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

The client may cancel or reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a 25% charge of the total job value to cover mobilization costs. YaSolutions reserves the right to reschedule jobs due to adverse weather conditions at no cost to the client.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our work. If the client is not satisfied with the result, they must notify us within 48 hours after the service. We will evaluate the case and, if applicable, redo the cleaning of the affected area at no additional cost. The guarantee does not apply to permanent stains, pre-existing damage, or deteriorated surfaces that cannot be restored with pressure washing.

7. Liability

YaSolutions is insured. In case of damage to the property directly caused by our operation, notify us within 24 hours after the service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, surfaces in poor condition, objects not removed from the work area, or damage caused by conditions beyond our control.

8. Client Responsibilities

• Remove vehicles, pets, furniture, and objects from the work area before the service
• Close doors and windows to prevent water entry
• Inform about delicate surfaces or special conditions
• Provide access to the work area at the agreed time

9. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, Zelle, and card. For jobs of $300 or more, a 30% deposit is required when confirming the booking.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County.
